Neil brings over a decade of experience providing investors, technologists, and entrepreneurs with general corporate transactional representation, including but not limited to legal counsel on securities offerings, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Having held both law firm and in-house positions, Neil has a strong knowledge of securities and financial law, and a large part of his practice focuses on advising startups on ownership structure, capital raises, and scaling growth. Neil also serves as general counsel to emerging growth companies and negotiates agreements on behalf of select clients.
